Show Brazil!'s band is known to feature in one night, the Brazilian Carnaval music and dance from different regions of Brazil.
This year’s theme “SAMBA” featuring Brazilian-born, local favorite Eduardo Mendonça and Show Brazil!’s host talented musicians.Special guests to celebrate of the biggest Carnaval in the Pacific Northwest include VamoLá and Dancers with Carnaval Traditional Costumes from Rio de Janeiro.Exciting changes to this year’s carnaval celebration include a larger venue that can accommodate more party-goers.Carnaval 2024: Tickets on Sale now for the Hottest Event of the Year!

Spicy Brazilian rhythms will reverberate your event with this internationally acclaimed Brazilian band. The soul of the Brazilian culture is high-energy performance. The ensemble features accomplished performers under musical and artistic direction from Eduardo Mendonça, a native of Salvador, Bahia.
SHOW BRAZIL! The soul of the Brazilian Culture in a highly energetic performance. Internationally recognized and respected Show Brazil!, well known throughout the Northwest for events such as Bumbershoot and Brasilfest, has delighted audiences in the United States, Brazil, and Canada for over twenty years. The ensemble features accomplished performers. Show Brazil!’s bandleader and Music Director Eduardo Mendonça, a native of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, traces his lineage to a royal African family bearing the hereditary title of Mamabeka ("prophet of the royal court"), as documented by the Instituto Geográfico e Histórico da Bahia. Eduardo had the honor to play for Pope John Paul II’s welcome to Brazil, former South Africa President Nelson Mandela (Seattle, WA - USA - 1999), Brazilian President João Baptista Figueiredo (Brazil 1979), the 14th Dalai Lama (Seattle, WA 2008) and was also featured in a Paul Simon documentary video in 1991.
